Next Guitar Society Meeting Monday November 4th 2019 7:30-9:30 pm

Venue: Odd Fellows Hall, Corvallis

Our featured artist for this meeting is local Eugene classical guitarist Craig Einhorn. As we march towards the December Winter Concert series, the November 4th meeting will also include our OPEN GUITAR ENSEMBLE REHEARSAL for the music we will be performing on December 14th at the Corvallis-Benton County Library.  The music is posted to the website: https://corvallisguitarsociety.org/ensemble-music-scores-and-parts-for-september-9th-guitar-society-meeting/ so check out the scores online, download the parts you would like to play and bring them along to the meeting with your guitar and join in! Ensemble Music Scores and Parts for November 4th Guitar Society Meeting

Dear Guitar Enthusiasts,
Here is the ensemble music we will be playing at the upcoming meeting October 7th at Odd Fellows Hall starting at 7:30 pm. These are the pieces we plan on performing at the Guitar Society Winter Concert on Saturday December 14th at the Corvallis-Benton County Library. We will rehearse the last four pieces at the October meeting. Everyone is welcome to come and join in. The parts suitably reflect different levels of playing, so take a look at the scores and decide which parts you would like to play, print them out, work on them a bit, and bring them along to the meeting with your guitar. Don’t worry about whether you can play everything, and don’t feel obliged to perform in the concert. The goal is to encourage all local guitarists to pick up their guitars, come along and have fun!

The full score and parts for Nimrod cannot be posted online for copyright reasons. If you wish to choose a part, email me at [email protected]
